Our business has expanded steadily, and we now need a Finance & Accounting Officer to manage our financial operations efficiently and professionally.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with travel partners and clients.

We are a growing travel agency providing international and domestic travel services, including ticketing, tour packages, and hotel reservations. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance / Accounting Officer with strong QuickBooks experience to manage daily accounting and billing operations.

Fluently  in English, Dari and Pashto 

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit memos
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Ensure accurate documentation for all travel-related payments and refunds
• Communicate with management about account status and financial summaries

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to handle confidential financial information

Preferred:

• Experience in Quickbook and accounting 
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, commission tracking, or agent billing
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
