BRAC is a nongovernmental development organization originated in Bangladesh and currently working in 10 countries in Asia and Africa. BRAC began its operation in Afghanistan in 2002, has been implementing its development programs in education, health, citizens’ charter Afghanistan programme as well as capacity development in the country.
To Ensure the AGE/ASLC EMIS application is updated and provides accurate reports on monthly basis.
01. Prepare the collected reports as per database structure by end of each month.
02. Check the accuracy and correctness of data by generating the reports in EMIS application.
04. Development a standard tools for the EMIS data collection and share with partner NGOs.
05. Coordinate with Partner NGOs and other stakeholders to align data collection processes, standards, and reporting requirements across partner organizations.
06. Design and maintain databases to store project data, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
07. Train and support project staff and partner NGOs in EMIS usage, data entry protocols, and reporting procedures.
To Provide AGE/ASLC EMIS analysis report for BRAC Management team on monthly basis.
01. Perform analysis and calculations data by end of each month.
02. Share the findings with Management team in Monthly coordination meeting by end of each month.
03. Submit the AGE/ASLC EMIS updated report to Monitoring Department on monthly basis.
04. Submit the at a glance updated report to PED on quarterly basis.
05. Submit the AGE/ASLC EMIS quarterly report to BRAC Head office.
06. Collect the AGE/ASLC EMIS updated reports from PNGOs and submit to Project Manager.
07. Make coordination with Provincial M&E Officers and PNGOs for data verification.
To assist the Management team for preparing and filling the reports for donor.
01. Prepare and submit the summary and analysis report as per project activities to Quality Assurance Manager for his quarterly report writing at the end of each quarter.
02. Assist the Quality Assurance Manager for filling the MoE report, Quarterly and Annual donor reports.
03. Submit the AGE/ASLC EMIS monthly report to Afghanistan Education cluster and ensure that the project data is captured in the education partner portal.
To regularly follow up and monitor the tasks, assigned for EMIS Officer.
01. Make Plan and follow up for the data collection purpose with the coordination of PNGOs.
02. Monitor and Follow up the tasks which assigned to Partner NGOs EMIS Officer on monthly basis.
03. Provide advice and tips about data collection and data cleaning to Partner NGOS EMIS Officers.
● Software, database and web application development.
● EMIS/Database administration and maintenance.
● Data analysis.
● Report writing.
● Experience in coordinating data collection and reporting efforts with partner NGOs and stakeholders.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and partners.
