Job Description
Basic Function and Scope:
- Develop comprehensive security strategies and plans based on the company's safety requirements and risk assessments.
- Promote and implement the company's security policies, supervise the enforcement of various safety management regulations, conduct risk assessments of safety management, and identify and clear potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct security training and education, such as employee behavior safety and emergency drills, to enhance overall safety awareness and achieve safety management objectives.
- Manage entry and access control, ensuring that all personnel entering the premises undergo appropriate identity verification and security checks.
- Strengthen the safety management of the premises, facilities, equipment, and tasks, ensuring that all safety facilities (such as alarm monitoring systems and firefighting equipment) are in good working condition.
- Respond to incidents and handle crises, develop emergency response plans for unforeseen events, and ensure swift and effective response and handling during emergencies.
- Be responsible for security reporting and record-keeping, regularly submit security reports to superiors to reflect safety conditions and existing issues, and ensure that all safety incidents and actions are thoroughly documented for post-incident analysis and auditing.
- Assist with administrative management and service work, manage administrative tasks related to company personnel, living and office supplies, and provide necessary services.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by company leadership.

- A combination of office work and on-site inspections.
May require shift work or night shifts, with work hours adjusted according to company needs.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
over 15 years served in CAPF.
