Organization for Research & Community Development (ORCD) is a Non-governmental, Non-political, Non-profitable and independent organization founded in 2010 by a group of community development and research specialist. The aim of the organization is to contribute to the development of Afghanistan as an integral part of the international community. It envisages accomplishing its aims by building local capacities, generating evidence in various disciplines, promoting evidence-based on best practices and implementing development projects aimed at community development at the grass root level. ORCD is a multi-donor funded NGO, implementing health, agriculture and community development projects in several provinces of the country.

1. Work with cooperative attitude and keep a high standard of quality.
2. To plan, the implementation, supervision and monitoring system of the RH
3. Assist in the implementation of national Reproductive Health and Emergency Obstetric Care at MHTs.
4. Supervision, particularly Female MDs, Midwifes, female nurses of Health Facilities or other programs that have a focus on women and children.
5. To supervise Health Facility RH program activities.
6. To build up common awareness and ensure more attention of technical staff on main morbidity, STDs and HIV/AIDs.
7. To prepare monthly reports.
8. To represent ORCD in all related issues.
9. Develop spirit of cooperation and understanding among members of program.
10. Prepare monthly action plan and submits to related supervisor.
11. Participate in RH related capacity building sessions.
12. Any other tasks was given by the line supervisor.

1. MD degree from recognized Medical University, certified by MoHE.
2. Passed exit exam.
3. 3-4 work experience certificate, after the graduation.
4. Having strong communication, and report writing skills.
5. Motivated person, having a positive attitude or vision and ability to work in crisis situations.
