Youth Peer Afghanistan Organization (YPAO) associated member of Y-Peer International and registered as a national non-profit organization with the ministry economy of Afghanistan since 2019.
Youth Peer Afghanistan Organization (YPAO) is the largest organization of youth-led and youth-serving networks within Afghanistan, working together with Y-PEER Asia Pacific and Y-PEER international networks and various development UN partners working in the field of social, educational, women empowerment, health and job placement.
Lead and supervise the tailoring trainers.
Make plan and conduct the training and class management.
Develop training effective module and curriculums.
Develop training material.
Develop training operation kit (in-kind) for the participants.
Ensure the materials and its proper use in training center and classes to increase the involvement of teachers & students for ensuring the quality training
Participation in the meetings.
Communicate with Project Coordinator and Chief Trainer for support to update report as per project requirements.
Develop sector report in the end of training session.
Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the program by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
● At least 3-4 years experience in a relevant job.
● Fluency in Dari, Pashto
● Good communication skills particularly in the local language (Dari/Pashto)
● Speaking and writing ability in English
● Good knowledge in the training field in Afghanistan
● Computer knowledge and skill plus but not mandatory
●Ensure reports and other reports from the concerned supervisor with qualitative and quantitative information
● Knowledge on materials development
● Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
● Organizational and time management skills are needed to ensure programs are completed by the scheduled time.
● Must be able to adjust technical language and presentation skills for audiences of all levels.
● Interpersonal skills needed to work with a variety of people throughout the organization.
