Partner Connect Data Entry Staff

The Women and Children Charity Support Organization (WCCSO) is a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian, and non-governmental organization registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoE) on 7/10/2018 according to the final decision no. 4491, and is entitled to work in Afghanistan as an NGO. WCCSO is mandated to work in the areas of Social Services, Education, Health Awareness, and Agriculture. WCCSO was established by a group of committed, dedicated, and professional volunteers to offer result-oriented services to rural, urban slum, and urban areas of Afghanistan. WCCSO's services will be delivered through the utilization of easily adaptable, well-received, and participatory community empowerment strategies, as per the key principles of result-based management (RBM) approaches, and in line with Afghanistan's national development priorities and strategic plans.

Role Summary: As a Partner Connect staff member, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and reporting on food and activities carried out during the month using the Partner Connect digital portal. Your role will be crucial in providing timely and reliable data on the assistance delivered to beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Reporting:
   • Accurately record all assistance activities, including food, cash, and voucher distributions, in the Partner Connect portal in a timely manner.
   • Ensure that all relevant details, such as beneficiary numbers and quantities distributed, are properly documented.
   • Collaborate with the program teams to reconcile any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data and ensure data integrity.
   • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of assistance activities.
2. Monitoring and Quality Assurance:
   • Regularly review the data entered in the Partner Connect portal to identify any errors or omissions and take corrective actions as needed.
   • Assist in the development and implementation of data quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
3. Coordination and Communication:
   • Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the WFP Partner Connect team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of data and reporting.
   • Serve as a liaison between the CP field teams, facilitating the exchange of information and addressing any concerns or issues.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or digital platform management.
• Strong proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including spreadsheets and data visualization software.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with humanitarian assistance programs and the context of the target communities is preferred.
• Fluency in the local language(s) is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to field locations and provide on-site support as needed
