About RRSWO
RRSWO (Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization), is a Non-Governmental and Non-Profitable organization established in 2011 with registration no.( 3482) with Ministry of Justice and later registered with Ministry of Economy in 2019 (4865) as historic opportunity to jump-start
progress for women and girls in Afghanistan. RRSWO acts on the fundamental premise that women and girls have the right to live a life free of discrimination, violence and poverty, and that gender equality is central to achieving development with reach, sizable expertise and significant resources. For too long, women have been forced to stand on the sidelines, whether the issue is political leadership, safety in conflict zones, protection from violence or access to public services. Now women must come to the centre as leaders, advocates and agents of change
Job Description
- Training the Master Trainers/Trainers/Supervisors and other project related staff in Planning and Scheduling for trainings
- Organizing a training workshop (logistics, finances, venue, refreshment etc)
- Preparing/designing the training materials and its use
- Pre and post evaluation of the trainees for each training and reporting the synthesis of this exercise to the provincial program Manager and QPEP project Manager.
- Preparing model lessons, model lesson plans and their handouts.
- Training the targeted trainees in methodology and other training packages specified for the project.
- Be available in the partner trainings session to ensure partners trainers are supported, training is relevant, needs based and well organized, good training methods implemented and trainees are satisfied.
- Building capacity of PED and partner in contents/ issues related to training curriculum, and working closely with PED to adapt project in line with MoE educational standards.
- coordinating effectively with PED to ensure their participation in all the events of the project being organized
- Collecting data on the trainings and impacts of the training.
- Filing the records of SC trainings and writing reports on the activities he conducts.
- Preparing/compiling individual training manuals for each training package mentioned below.
- Learning about new trainings areas and trainings contents needed for the CBE, ECD, Mother’s Literacy and suggesting these innovations to the national teams to incorporate into the project trainings list.
- Tracking and supporting the partner team on all the scheduling of all the trainings for CBE and teacher mentors.
- Support the provincial education team and CoU project Manager in any technical issues where they need.
- Regularly visits the CBE and ECD classes whether the trainings contents are being implemented in the school/class/community environment to gauge the impact of the training delivered..
- Perform any other project activity assigned by the provincial program Manager
- Identification of education needs
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
- Written records and pictures of any monitoring
Ability to support colleagues and provid feedback
Job Requirements
Education:
Master Degree in Education and 5 Years experience in the field with international/national organization in Afghanistan
Required Skills :
- Experience and knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and needs/impact assessment methods
Skills in implementing information management and performance measurement frameworks. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills in local (Pashto and Dari) language and good written and spoken English.
- Computer skill, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to use computer programs to collect, document and share assessment and monitoring results.
- Willing to be able to travel within project area/districts.
