Job Description

​​​​​​​Overview: We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing all training activities, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the company objectives.
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure all sessions are conducted as planned.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly.
  • Prepare training materials such as presentations, handouts, and manuals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain training records (e.g., attendance lists, evaluations, feedback).
  • Stay informed about developments in training and instructional methods.
  • Assist in the development of training budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to training sessions as needed.
  • Organizing the Annual and Quarterly Company training schedule, and conducting training needs an annual training plan.
  • Conducting induction training for new employees and completing it according to timetable.
  • Collecting training records from each department and subcontractor for the monthly Ministry of Mines report.
  • Developing and implementing the Training Policy.
  • Preparing training budget.
  • Collecting feedback from the participants, review and implement improvements.
  • Organize technical evaluation for field engineers of operation to ensure they are qualified.
  • Developing and reviewing training materials. Facilitating Company training sessions.
  • Identify training needs in the business continuous improvement (eg job training, distance learning, self-study, or external training courses) and set clear objectives for training activity.
  • Completing any other duties or tasks assigned by the General manager.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training, and Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or in a similar role.
    • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
  • Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other training-related software/tools.
