About MCC:

MCC-JCL Aynak Minerals Company Limited (“the Company”) has been incorporated in Afghanistan as a limited liability company on 09 September 2008  under the Corporation and Limited Liability Companies Law of Afghanistan. The registered office of the company is situated in Kabul, Afghanistan.The company was established by MCC Tongsin Resource Limited (“MCCT”) and Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (“JCL”) for the implementation of the Mining Contract for the Aynak Copper Deposit signed between the Government of Afghanistan and MCC-Jiangxi Copper Consortium (“the Consortium”) on 25 May 2008 (effective date 08 September 2008). The Consortium comprises of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (“MCC”) (parent entity of MCCT), and JCL. Under the Mining Contract, the Consortium was granted mineral rights for a period of 30 years to undertake exploration, exploitation, processing, smelting and sale of the Aynak Copper Deposit.

Job Descriptions:

1. Establish and improve the company's tax management system, organize tax planning, and conduct special tax analysis for major tax-related matters, providing analysis reports.
2. Conduct research on tax policies, strive for and apply tax incentive policies, and participate in tax impact analysis in the company's strategic planning and business activities.
3. Track major tax policy and legal adjustments in Afghanistan and promptly formulate countermeasures.
4. Establish and maintain good relationships with external institutions such as the Ministry of Finance, tax authorities, and tax intermediaries, and conduct legal studies and consultations on tax-related laws.
5. Be responsible for the calculation, declaration, and payment of the company's tax-related matters, promptly carry out annual tax declarations, and obtain tax payment certificates.
6. Compile tax manuals, organize tax training, enhance tax management awareness, guide financial personnel and business departments in complying with tax policies, and conduct supervision and inspections.
7. Prepare and review various tax-related materials submitted to the government, cooperate with government tax audits, and develop response plans to maximize the company's interests.
8. In accordance with tax laws and accounting archive management regulations, properly preserve and archive tax-related business documents. 1. Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, fresh graduates preferred.
2. Major in accounting, taxation, or law.
3. Familiar with Afghan tax laws, with preference given to those with internship experience in the Ministry of Finance, Tax Bureau, Customs, banks, accounting firms, law firms, or tax advisory firms.
4. Proficient in English, able to assist the finance department in external business communication; candidates with Chinese language skills are preferred.
