ActionAid-Afghanistan committed itself a long-term work with poor and excluded sections of the society through the Human Rights Based Development Approach, WASH, and livelihood programs in multiple provinces of Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

Under the supervision of the HR Coordinator, he/she will carry out a day-to-day variety of HR and administrative functions required to ensure the HR needs of the program are met and that HR activities are conducted in line with ActionAid policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities 01: Varieties of HR tasks - daily/weekly & monthly

Under the supervision of line manager: -

  • Ccollecting staff monthly attendance sheets – Kabul & fields staff and place into the right folder in HR shared drive.
  • Support the HR team in the recruitment process by informing the candidate for the test and interview.
  • Support the team in the arrangement of employee personal files by sorting and scanning.
  • Prepare monthly activities report and share with the line manager at the end of each month.

Any other task related to supporting the department assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

Education

Fresh graduated in management studies, specialized in HR management

Experience

Previous experience is not required.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill in Dari & English.
  • Patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and remain responsive and communicate clearly and effectively under pressure.
  • Organizational behavior & skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
