Concern Worldwide is a non-governmental, international, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. Currently, Concern has been working in Afghanistan since 1998, when it responded to an earthquake disaster in Takhar province. Currently Concern has been working in Takhar and Badakhshan provinces undertaking both emergency response and long term developmental work in the areas of livelihood security, primary education and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Regular monitoring of the growth of children under two using MUAC tapes and weight-for-height assessments.

نظارت منظم بر رشد کودکان زیر دو سال با استفاده ازفیته MUAC و ارزیابی وزن بر قد.

• Screening of all children under 5 and lactating and pregnant women for early identification of malnutrition cases for timely intervention.

غربالگری تمام کودکان زیر پنج سال و زنان باردار و شیرده برای شناسایی زودهنگام واقعات سوءتغذیه حاد جهت انجام مداخلات فوری برای جلوگیری از عوارض ناشی از سوءتغذی.

• Provision of ready-to-use supplementary food (RUTF) for children with moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) and ready-to-use therapeutic food for children with severe acute malnutrition (SAM).

توزیع غذای مکمل آماده برای سوءتغذیه حاد متوسط (MAM).و غذای درمانی آماده برای سوءتغذیه حاد شدید (SAM).

Referral of IPD severe acute malnutrition (SAM) cases to IPD SAM stabilization centers.

ارجاع موارد سوءتغذیه حاد شدید نیاز به بستری (IPD SAM) به مراکز ثبات سازی سوءتغذیه حاد شدید داخل بستر.

• Promoting exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months and continued breastfeeding with appropriate complementary feeding up to two years or beyond.

ترویج تغذیه با شیر مادر با استفاده از تشویق به تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر در شش ماه اول زندگی و ادامه تغذیه با شیر مادر همراه با غذای مکمل مناسب تا دو سالگی یا بیشتر.

• Provision of regular and scheduled health education to the community members particularly women regarding most relevant health issues (breast-feeding, EPI, hygiene promotion, cooking demonstrations, dietary diversity, etc.)

ارائه آموزش های صحی منظم و برنامه ریزی شده به افراد جامعه به ویژه زنان در مورد اکثر مسائل صحی مرتبط (تغذیه با شیر مادر، واکسین‌‌، ارتقای بهداشت، تنوع غذایی٬ نمایش آشپز و غیره).

• Make a comprehensive registration, filling and reporting system for both nutrition EPI.

ایجاد سیستم جامع ثبت، گزارش‌دهی و مستندسازی برای خدمات تغذیه و واکسیناسیون.

• Maintain, update and improvement of professional and personal knowledge and skill to provide quality, acceptable and accessible services to the clients.

حفظ، اپدیت و ارتقاء دانش و مهارت حرفه ای و شخصی برای ارائه خدمات با کیفیت، قابل قبول و در دسترس به مراجعین.

• Ensure maintenance of the cold chain and stock sufficient vaccines in clinic and report any shortage or expired vaccines immediately.

حفظ زنجیره سرد واکسیناسیون و اطمینان از نگهداری واکسن‌ها در دمای مناسب و فراهم بودن ذخایر کافی.گزارش کمبود یا واکسن‌های تاریخ‌گذشته به‌صورت فوری.

• participate in NID

شرکت در کمپین‌های ملی واکسیناسیون.

• Contributing to the services of basic emergency obstetric care management and referral services in FHH.

کمک به خدمات مدیریت مراقبت های اولیه ولادی اظطراری و خدمات ریفر در به مراجع بالاتر.

Emergency/Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS):

• Concern is committed to CHS to ensure downward accountability. CHS standards guide Concern activities in all stages both emergency and development projects /programs. In Afghanistan, we also bounded our activities by Accountability framework and therefore any Afghanistan employees is responsible to comply with CHS principles and benchmarks as instructed by its policies and therefore make sure that all accept and implement CHS standards in all our activities.
• To give full support in relation to emergencies/ humanitarian operations when occurring in any area that Concern Afghanistan will respond. This can include but is not limited to participation in the Concern Afghanistan Rapid Deployment Unit (CARDU) and deployment on emergency response teams.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduated of well-known institute or university of midwifery.

فارغ التحصیل از رشته قابلگی از یک پوهنتون یا انیستیتوت معتبر

• Certified from basic relevant trainings and certifications (family planning, IP, HMIS, PAC etc.).

داشتن سرتیفیکت آموزش های اساسی در بخش های مراقبت های قبل و بعد از ولادت  و تنظیم خانواده٬ سیستم اداره معلومات٬ مراقبت از انتان....

• At least 3-5 years midwifery progressive and proven experience with health services provider national and international NGOs.

داشتن حد اقل سه سال تجربه کاری تایید شده منظم در بخش های قابلگی با مراکز صحی معتبر٬ موسیسات داخلی و بین المللی.

Eligibility:

• Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders

داشتن توانایی محاوره موثر و واضح همرا ه با همکاران و دیگر افراد دخیل.

• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Dari

داشتن توانایی مکالمه و مکاتبه با زبان دری

• Should be from the target communities or surrounding villages

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

توانایی و مهارت خوب در راجستر و راپور دهی معلومات صحی را داشته باشد

• Strong cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity

با فرهنگ و حساسیت های مردم آشنایی و احترام کامل داشته باشد.
