Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

اداره نمودن جريان ورود مريضان (حق اوليت دادن به مريضان وخيم  ، معلول و مریضانیکه از پوسته صحی ویا کلینک های دیګر رجعت داده شده باشد )

معاينه نمودن  خانم ها  و اطفال حد اقل 10 دقیقه برای هرمریض  

قبل از معا ينه چك نمودن سامان و لوازم معاينه (پاك بودن و درست بودن آنها)

معاينه:

اخذ تاريخچه  دقيق و درست وضع صحي

معاينه درست و د قيق فزيكی

چك نمودن كارت واكسين های معمول در افغانستان

تشخيص نمودن مريضي

تداوي نمودن  مريض به استناد پروتوكول هاي قبول شده

تشريح حالت صحي و تشخيص مريضي و تشريح تداوي تجويز شده به خانم ها و والیدین

خانه پري نمودن كتاب راجسترو كارت صحي

تشخيص و راجع نمودن مريضان وخيم و مريضاني كه در كلينيك تداوي شده نتوانند  به مراجع مربوطه

تعيين نمودن تاريخ ملاقات بعدي در صورت ضرورت

بعد ازمعاينه

منظم ساختن سامان و لوازم و پاك كاري آنها در صو رت ضرورت

بهبود بخشيد ن سطح دا نش و ا ستعدا د علمي و مسلكي:

سهم گيري فعال در سيمينار هاي آموزشي

سهم گيري در چهت بهبودي سيمينار هاي آموزشي ( ارايه پيشنهادات و تعيين بعضي عناوين)

عملي نمودن مواد شامل پروتوكول ها و سيمينار ها در جريان كار

MD داشتن د يپلوم طبابت از پوهنتون های راجستر شده افغانستان اګر فارغ از خارج باشد باید تاییده شده وزارت تحصیلات عالی افغانستان باشد  

امتحان ایکزت Exit Exam  ضروز نیست  

اقلا یک سال تجربه کاری  درسیستم  BPHS/EPHS   ، موسیسات ملی وبین المللی دربخش صحت ، بحیث داکتر در سکتور دولتی و یا خصوصی  داشته باشد

داشتن سجاياي اخلاقي (صبرو حوصله ، دلسوزي، محتاط بودن...)
