Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

Since 2003 AKHS, A is implementing Healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan and Badakhshan provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary Healthcare, Preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. The current working modality and role of AKHS, A in Bamyan and Badakhshan provinces as BPHS and EPHS implementer. AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwifery.

AKHS, A tapped into internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary supports to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A scale up AKDN innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission.

تشخيص ، تداوي و مر اقبت واقعات عاجل و انتخابی به شکل سراپا و داخل بستر مریضان جراحي عمومي شفا خانه.

مقصد و هدف:

تشخيص و تداوي دقيق و به وقت مريضان جراحي عمومي در شفاخانه.

تربيه دوکتوران ، نرس ها و مشمولين پروگرام تربيو ي داخل خدمت در شفاخانه.

مراقبت هاي جراحي به مريظان داخل بستر و سرپا.

همکاری دررابطه مریضان نسایی ولادی خصوصا سیزارین و هسترکتومی و دیګر با دیپارتنمت نسایی ولادی.

مسؤوليت ها:

کار کردن به دفتر صحی ولایتی کابل/ موسسه AKHS  در ساعات رسمي وپابندي در نوکري ها و انکالی طبق تقسيم اوقات تهيه شده در شفاخانه.

اشتراک فعال در راپور وويزت صبحانه وارائه  فد بک مناسب علمي مسلکي در مورد تداوي مريضان

اجراي پروسيجر هاي انتخابی و عاجل جراحی عمومی بطنی و حوصلی  ، نسایی ولادی و جراحی های صغیره.

اجراي consultation هاي که از ديگر دیپارتمنت های  شفا خانه  راجع ميگردد.

ثبت و ريکارد تاريخچه و تداوي مريضان جراحي عمومي به اساس رهنمود و فورمه هاي موجود بشکل معتبر و واقعي.

مسئول تکميل معاينات لازمهً قبل از عمليات.

مسئول حصول موافقت از مريض و يا اقارب مريض قبل از انجام عمليات.

مراعات نمودن  جدي شرايط حفظ الصحوي وقايوي در پرکتس روزمره.

مراقبت مریضان بعد از عملیات آنها.

نقش فعال در انجام نوکریوالی و یا سیستم انکالی.

اندکاتورهای P4P  در اولیت های کاری خود قرار ګیرد.

مراعات نمودن يونيفورم طبي در اوقات رسمي در داخل شفاخانه.

در صورت موجوديت پروتوکول ها و نورم ها، مسول تطبيق و پياده کردن انها بوده و در صورت که اين پروتوکول ها و نورم ها موجود نباشد مسئول انکشاف همچو پروتوکول ها در شفاخانه ميباشد.

اشتراک فعال در طرح و تطبيق پروگرام هاي تربيوي محل کار و داخل خدمت در شفاخانه .

ارتقا فعال سطح دانش وآگاهي خودش در مورد بهترين پرکتس فعلي و رهنمود ها ي ملي.

در صورت تقاضا ی آمرین بايست در فعاليت هاي نظارتي از کلنيک ها سهم گيرد.

توانايي، مهارت و مشخصات:

داشتن تابعيت افغانستان.

فارغ التحصيل یکی ازفاکولته هاي شناخته شده طب و تصديق تخخص در رشته جراحي عمومي.

تجربه انجام پروسيجر هاي جراحي عمومي بشکل مستقلانه.

حد اقل 1-2  سال تجربه کاري در جراحي عمومي.

شخصيت مهربان و خوش برخورد و تسلط به زبان هاي دري و پشتو.

شاخص هاي سنجش کارآيي و انجام وظيفه:

عدم غير حاضري در اوقات رسمي کاري شفاخانه در طول سال گذشته به استثناي واقعات عاجل.

در طول سال گذشته حد اقل شش پروگرام/ مجلس تربيوي به دوکتوران ، نرس ها، و شاگردان نرسنگ داير گرديده و گزارش ان موجود باشد.

دوسيه مريضان به طور با کيفيت توسط جراح تکميل گرديده است .

اندکاتور های P4P   که جراحی کبیره و سیزارین شکشن میبا شد  یکی از شاخص های ارزیابی جراحی میباشد.
