We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers and investors to present our real estate projects.

Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and payment plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads.

Negotiate and close sales agreements while meeting company targets.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.

Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in real estate.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field such as Journalism (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Fluency in:
