Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

تصنیف بندی اطفال و طبقه های نارمل، سوء تغذی حاد متوسط (MAM) و سوء تغذی حاد شدید (SAM).

مشوره دهی برای مادران، پایوازان تمام اطفال کمتر از دو سال در مورد شیوه های تغذیه مناسب شیرخواران واطفال (IYCF) ووقایه از انتانات.

اگر طفل نارمل باشد، مشوره دهی مناسب در مورد تقویت وترویج تغذیه شیرخوران واطفال نظر به سن (IYCF).

اگر طفل مصاب سوء تغذی متوسط ویا شدید، باشد ارایه مشوره برای شیرخوارن واطفال (IYCF)  تا طفل حالت تغذی نارمل را بدست آرد.

انجام دادن نمایش غذایی متممه، در صورت امکان. 

اگر طفل مصاب سوء تغذی شدید ( SAM) باشد، به آمر مرکز صحی راجع گردد تا  بطور مناسب تداوی گردد.

بررسی گردد که آیا طفل ویتامین A را درکمپاین های واکسین (NID) اخذ نموده است ، در صورت نخیر ویتامین A تجویز گردد.

مشوره دهی در زمان حاملگی و شیر دهی.

مشوره دهی برای خانم های حامله در مورد شیوه های مناسب تغذی دوران حامگی به شمول اهمیت صرف روزانه تابلیت های آهن وفولیک اسید.

مطمئین شدن از اینکه خانم حامله مقدار مناسب تابلیت های آهن و فولیک اسید را از مرکز صحی دریافت نموده است

ترویج مصرف نمک آیودین دار، ثبت و راپور دهی.

ثبت و راجستر نمودن مریضان مطابق استندردهای HMIS و تهیه راپور ماهوار از فعالیت های انجام یافته و اطمینان از عدم تفاوت ارقام.

حداقل فارغ صنف دوازده، برای فارغین رشته قابلگی و نرسنگ عالی ارجحیت داده میشود.

 داشتن یک سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه.

مهارت خواندن و نوشتن به زبان دری و سایر زبان های محلی.

داشتن مهارت در افهام و تفهیم.

داشتن سجایای اخلاقی(صبر، حوصله، دلسوزی، محتاط بودن و مراعات نمودن تمام موازین اسلامی).

داشتن مهارت ارتباطی خوب.
