Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct structured and semi-structured interviews with healthcare providers, nurses, and laboratory personnel.
  • Extract patient data from medical records using standardized tools (including demographics, symptoms, treatments, lab results, and outcomes).
  • Ensure strict ethical compliance and maintain confidentiality in all data collection processes.
  • Coordinate closely with hospital focal points, the principal investigator, and the central research team.
  • Accurately enter and regularly submit collected data using the provided templates or mobile applications.
  • Attend training sessions and follow-up meetings as required.
  • Provide weekly updates and a final summary report of data collection activities in the assigned province.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technology, public health, nursing, medicine, or a related health science field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in data collection, research, or healthcare service delivery.
  • Familiarity with infectious diseases, especially hemorrhagic fevers, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with healthcare professionals and patients’ families.
  • Knowledge of the local language of the province and basic English skills.
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards and maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Residing in or willing to work full-time in the assigned province.
