Serkai Technology Services Company is seeking a professional and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with strategy and wants to make a tangible impact on how Afghan brands are perceived locally and globally. You will be part of a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence—translating bold ideas into visual identities that inspire and perform.

• Design and develop high-quality visuals for branding, marketing, digital, and print platforms.

• Conceptualize and execute creative designs aligned with Serkai’s branding standards and client goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand identities and impactful marketing campaigns.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.

• Present creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions, maintaining consistency with Serkai’s brand vision.

• Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and global branding practices.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion or video design skills are a plus.

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding strategy.

• Proven ability to create unique and impactful designs that align with client objectives.

• Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto (written and spoken).

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).

• Experience working with international or national brands is a strong advantage.

• A portfolio or sample of past works is required with the application.
