Call for CV Architecture and Structure Engineer

1.Structural Design Engineer (SC0013)

• To design, draft and calculate the whole structure system for the buildings and other construction components.
•  Structural analysis and design of RC and steel structures.
• Modelling and load simulation using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000.
• Preparation of calculation sheets, structural design reports, and narratives.
• Drafting and reviewing structural drawings (plans, sections, details).
• Responsible for the design, development, and drafting of building structures as per the signatory codes and standards.
• Ensure project structure compliance with respective client’s specification and scope of work.
• Performing structural analysis calculations utilizing known engineering software.
• Coordination with architects and MEP engineers.
• Knowing the rules and procedures of the Ministry of Urban Development and Municipality in order to obtain approval of the plans.
• Ensuring compliance with ACI, Euro code, IBC, UBC, and seismic design codes.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with those in the team of work at all levels, with a focus on quality service to internal staff and external clients.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the line manager.

2.Architecture Engineer (SC0014)

• Oversee and design comprehensive architectural and engineering plans that meet the highest standards.
• Analyse architectural designs to pinpoint potential issues and propose enhancements.
• Monitor the work of other architects on-site as necessary.
• Knowing the rules and procedures of the Ministry of Urban Development and Municipality in order to obtain approval of the plans
• Proficiently use AutoCAD, Lumion, Autodesk Revit, Chaos V-ray, Chaos Corona 3ds MAX, Sketch Up, Lumion, Autodesk Revit, Chaos V-ray, Chaos Corona and other relevant design software.
• Create detailed shop drawings in line with project designs.
• Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns promptly and meet project requirements
• . • Lead and ensure cohesive teamwork to achieve project goals.
• Manage project teams, coordinating efforts across various disciplines and consultants.
• Oversee the creation and completion of project "red lines."
• Conduct preliminary assessments of facilities and educational programs.
• Lead the creation of construction documents, perform code evaluations, and manage construction administration.
• Attend all relevant project meetings, presenting to clients as required.
• Planning towns according to engineering standards
• Collaborate with internal engineers and project managers to ensure project coherence.
• Liaise with outside consultants regarding project specifications.
• Engage with clients throughout the design process to ensure their needs are met.
• Critically evaluate design proposals, offering feedback for improvement.
• Prepare detailed construction plans, including interior design elements such as lighting, plumbing, and materials.
• Develop and sketch preliminary designs for new constructions or renovations.

BSc or MSc in Civil (MSc preferred)

Minimum 4 years' experience

Strong drafting/documentation skills in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM a plus)

Proficiently use AutoCAD, Lumion, Autodesk Revit, Chaos V-ray, Chaos Corona 3ds MAX, Sketch Up, Lumion, Autodesk Revit, Chaos V-ray, Chaos Corona and other relevant design software.

Knowledge of foundations, lateral stability systems, and high-rise behaviour
