These include Baby Food, Lubricants, Detergent and Home Care products, and Plastic Can manufacturing. This expansion aims to support national self sufficiency in these sectors and create significant employment opportunities for local communities.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer with a solid background in industrial electrical systems, production operations, machinery installation, maintenance management, and automation control. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and optimization of electrical and automated systems within our industrial facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Installation and Commissioning of Machinery:

• Install and set up electrical systems for production lines, including extruders, dryers, cutters, conveyors, and packaging machines.
• Perform initial calibration and configuration of control panels and PLC systems related to production machinery.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues such as motor failures, sensor disconnections, PLC errors, or panel faults.
• Regularly maintain automation systems, temperature/speed controllers, sensors, and inverters.

3. PLC and Automation Control:

• Program and modify existing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) software to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with mechanical teams and operators to ensure automation systems meet production requirements.

4. Industrial Production Management:

• Support the electrical setup and automation of industrial production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the production team to enhance productivity, optimize process flow, and maintain consistent product quality.

5. Energy Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor the energy consumption of production equipment and implement measures to reduce electricity usage.
• Apply energy-efficient technologies such as VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) to control induction motors effectively.

6. Technical Training and Support:

• Train operators and technicians on the safe and effective operation of electrical and automation systems.
• Develop documentation, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting guidelines to support continuous improvement.

7. Reporting and Coordination:

• Prepare daily and monthly reports on equipment performance, breakdowns, downtime, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production management and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
