In 2026, Rubaat will further expand its business by launching four manufacturing operations that meet international standards. These include Baby Food, Lubricants, Detergent and Home Care products, and Plastic Can manufacturing. This expansion aims to support national self sufficiency in these sectors and create significant employment opportunities for local communities.
The Production and Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling manufacturing activities across the following units: baby food, lubricants, detergents and home care products, and plastic can manufacturing.
We are hiring four Production and Operations Managers, one for each production unit. Each role requires strong technical knowledge of the assigned production section, strict compliance with product safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to manage people, machinery, and quality systems. The manager will ensure safe operations and consistent delivery of high quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Production and Operations
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure smooth and continuous production while meeting quality, safety, and efficiency targets
• Oversee all production stages including raw materials, processing, filling, sealing, and packaging
• Monitor and reduce losses, wastage, and downtime
Technical and Process Control
• Set and monitor standard operating parameters for each production line
• Ensure correct and safe use of machinery and equipment
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Support new product trials, process validation, and scale up activities
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and relevant ISO standards
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and product safety programs
• Ensure full traceability of raw materials and finished goods
• Manage internal and external audits
Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure discipline and safety compliance
• Conduct regular training on SOPs, safety, and hygiene practices
Cost Control and Reporting
• Control production costs and optimize raw material usage
• Monitor yields, batch efficiency, and performance indicators
• Prepare production reports and support planning and budgeting
