Job Descriptions:

Naqdina Payment Service is seeking a motivated and multi-skilled IT & Graphic Design Assistant to support our technical and design needs. The ideal candidate will assist with basic graphic design tasks, IT support (software and hardware), e-commerce design activities, and general technical coordination. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or junior-level candidates with practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

  • Design posters, banners, cards, and other promotional materials
  • Support basic design work for e-commerce platforms
  • Assist with simple visual layouts when required
  • Coordinate with the technical team on design-related tasks

IT Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic IT support (software and hardware)
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers for staff
  • Maintain and repair employee computers when needed
  • Assist with system setup and new system design if required
  • Work closely with the technical team to resolve IT issues

Additional Tasks:

  • Perform data entry when required
  • Support daily technical operations
  • Assist with general IT and digital tasks as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related fields)
  • Enough skills in graphic design and IT
  • Having enough knowledge of software and hardware
  • Practical experience in graphic design is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, installations, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work with a technical team
  • Willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities
