Founded in 2015, we aim to address Afghanistan's development and humanitarian challenges through well-informed and evidence-based solutions, catering to the needs of international development and humanitarian partners.
ARM Consulting is implementing real-time monitoring activities for a UN agency’s supported projects across all 34 provinces in Afghanistan. To deliver on this contract, ARM Consulting is seeking the services of a qualified water resource management engineer to deliver on this pertinent task. Overall management is 100% with ARM Consulting, and the UN agency’s technical colleagues will provide direct guidance on technical specifications and requirements for specific activities and ways of working.
Job Summary:
The overall objective of the PSDS Associate is to support ARM consulting in providing technical monitoring and supervision of WRI infrastructure to ensure that the project-implementing partner IPs/contractors deliver program deliverables in accordance with the outlined specifications and provided documentation, such as drawings. The PDSA will work under the overall management of ARM consulting and the technical guidance of the UN Agency’s WRI and in consultation with ARM consulting/UN Agency Regional Management team technical team members. Their role is to provide high-quality, timely feedback on best practices, challenges, and progress of WRI interventions across all project sites in their allocated province.
