Job Description
H-HERO, a non-governmental organization dedicated to reduce the impact of economic and humanitarian crises on the most vulnerable members of society with humanitarian response, through strategic coordination, innovation, and collaboration with local partners and stakeholders seeks a qualified and motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee our program initiatives, ensure effective implementation, and strengthen our impact in humanitarian sector.
Job Requirements
- Lead planning, design, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of program activities aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines; monitor progress and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with partners, donors, and community stakeholders; maintain strong working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, internal policies, and reporting standards.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; foster a learning culture within the team.
- Support fundraising and grant reporting efforts as needed.
