Job Description

The Head of Sales will lead SMUB Foods’ national sales operations, overseeing all provincial sales teams and branch performance. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales management, and the ability to drive growth across multiple regions.

Job Requirements

  • Lead and manage the national sales team across all provinces and branches.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to branch managers and staff.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to increase market share.

  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
