Job Description
The Head of Sales will lead SMUB Foods’ national sales operations, overseeing all provincial sales teams and branch performance. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales management, and the ability to drive growth across multiple regions.
Job Requirements

Lead and manage the national sales team across all provinces and branches.

Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to branch managers and staff.
