Job Description
The Call Support Respondent at SMUB Foods Manufacturing Company will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, recording accurate information, and providing timely support. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage high call volumes, and strong attention to detail. The Call Support Respondent will ensure that all customer issues, orders, and inquiries are managed professionally and reported to relevant departments to support smooth company operations.
Job Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in call center operations, customer service, or client support.

Strong ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills in Dari and Pashto; English is an advantage.

Ability to record and report information accurately (customer issues, orders, complaints, inquiries).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to customers clearly and politely.

Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, call logs, email communication).

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

High level of confidentiality, patience, and customer-oriented behavior.
