Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Manage the full Recruitment & Selection cycle, including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee and administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, statutory deductions, tax compliance, and proper record-keeping.
- Manage and maintain the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), ensuring data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and system optimization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Support current and future business needs through effective talent management, employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
- Oversee and manage the Performance Appraisal system, ensuring fair evaluations, goal alignment, continuous feedback, and high-performance culture.
- Design and maintain competitive compensation structures, pay plans, and employee benefits programs.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic decision support to management through reports and workforce analytics.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive working environment.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout all HR functions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial-level role.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrable experience working with HR metrics and workforce analytics.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and HRMIS platforms.
- Experience in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
