Job Description

• Support the overall CBNI program management, implementation and monitoring of CBNI program and activities at provincial level.

• Preparing and developing action and training plan for training activities.

• Conduct training sessions for community health workers and nutrition counselors

• Ensure proper implementation of community-based nutrition interventions (CBNI)

• Oversee community health workers (CHWs) and provide technical guidance.

• Supervise program activities and ensure compliance with CBNI standards.

• Work closely with local communities to promote nutrition awareness.

• Support mothers and families in adopting healthy practices.

• Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and program progress

• Coordination and cooperation with the provincial BPHS management.

• Share findings with project managers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• MD degree (preferred) Nursing, midwifery, or related diplomas also considered

• Minimum 3 years in community-based Health/nutrition programs/Master trainer

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Ability to train and supervise community health workers.

• Knowledge of nutrition, maternal and child health
