MISSION STATEMENT:

Zoodpay aims to become the leading on-demand electronic mobile top-up distribution platform for merchants and customers globally. Our platform is developed based on the feedback from merchants and customers, enabling all target users to benefit from a comprehensive mobile top-up distribution system that emphasizes ongoing development and collaboration.

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with DevOps experience to join our technology unit and take ownership of our unified mobile top-up platform once delivered by the contractor. This individual will be responsible for ongoing development, system maintenance, deployment automation, and continuous improvements. The role requires a hands-on developer who can ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform while working closely with business and network teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post-handover ownership of the mobile top-up system.
• Develop, test, and deploy new features and small enhancements.
• Manage DevOps pipelines: CI/CD, containerization, version control, and monitoring.
• Oversee server/cloud infrastructure in collaboration with the network specialist.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of system performance.
• Maintain code repositories, documentation, and release processes.
• Implement security and compliance best practices.
• Coordinate with the business lead for roadmap and technical priorities.
• Mentor junior developers/support staff in the future as the team grows.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Back-end expertise in Node.js, Java, or .NET (depending on your contractor’s stack).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• DevOps skills: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab CI/Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or on-prem servers).
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and micro services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).

• 5+ years in full-stack development & system operations.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with telecom, Fintech, or e-top-up systems is a plus.
