Marketing Officer

Radical Tax and Consultancy Services Company is a professional service organization operating in Afghanistan. The company provides services in taxation, assessment and filing of tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual), preparation and arrangement of tax-related documents, and processing of tax clearance documents.

The organization serves a wide range of clients, including construction, logistics, trading, security, service, transport, manfacturing, and fuel supply companies, as well as NGOs, private schools, fuel stations, government and non-government institutions, money exchangers, commercial markets, and residential apartments.

Radical also provides services related to tax clearance (initial and final assessment letters), regulatory compliance, accounting, and business consultancy. The company works with small, medium, and large enterprises across different sectors.

To support the expansion of our activities, Radical Tax and Consultancy Services is seeking a qualified and motivated Marketing Officer (Field and Online).

Position Objective

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the organization’s services, attracting new clients, managing social media marketing activities, and maintaining effective communication with customers in Kabul.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to markets, companies, and institutions in Kabul
• Promote and explain company services to business owners and managers
• Identify client needs and provide accurate service information
• Maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients
• Manage and update the organization’s social media pages
• Prepare and publish marketing and informational content
• Respond to client inquiries both in person and through social media
• Support online promotion of services at the national level
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain contact records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
• Share market feedback and opportunities with management

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate (Grade 12 minimum)
• At least two (2) years of experience in marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct regular field visits
• Fluency in Dari and Pashto is required
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing tax or consultancy services is preferred.
• Basic understanding business matters
• Good communication and negotiation skills
