Vision Development Organization (VDO), founded in 2015 by Afghan women leaders, is a national, women-led NGO dedicated to advancing the dignity, resilience, and leadership of women, youth, and marginalized communities. Job Description
- Supervise all field-level operations including registration, distribution, and monitoring activities
- Ensure compliance with WFP guidelines, SOPs, and protection standards
- Coordinate daily activities of field staff, including registrars, distributors, and enumerators
- Monitor distribution sites to ensure transparency, efficiency, and dignity
- Verify beneficiary targeting and prevent duplication or fraud
- Compile and submit district-level operational reports
- Liaise with local authorities and community leaders
- Identify operational challenges and provide timely solutions
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience
- preferably within the NGO sector or similar organizations.
- Experience in managing food distribution projects or similar humanitarian assistance programs.
- Proven track record of coordinating with various departments to ensure operational alignment and compliance.
Language Skills:
- Knowledge of Dari or Pashto.
