Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and expand market share. This role oversees both sales operations and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets
  • Manage key accounts and partnership
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Business Development

  • Identify growth opportunities and new markets

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experiences 

  • 2+ years experience in sales and marketing
