Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and expand market share. This role oversees both sales operations and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Set sales targets and monitor performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Manage key accounts and partnership
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships
Marketing Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Develop brand awareness and positioning strategies
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify and approach potential clients and partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Business Development
- Identify growth opportunities and new markets
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Expand customer base

Job Requirements
