M&E Officer

 Afghan Community and Health Rehabilitation Organization (ACHRO) is a non-political, non for profit, nongovernmental organization registered on April 08, 2010, under registration # 1658 with the Ministry of Economy of GIRoA.  DUNS # of ACHRO is 561208134; ACHRO has also been registered or recognized as a partner with more than 40 national and International organizations. ACHRO is an active Partner of (UNHCR) and (WHH). ACHRO has the widest network of civil society, local structures, and government line ministries in Afghanistan, Capacity building and livelihood programs have been the core activities of ACHRO.  ACHRO is currently implementing UNHCR-funded projects in the North, Northeast, South-East, south, and central regions of the country.

• Takes an active role in evaluating and monitoring the project progress and effectively coordinates and participates in how baseline data and other activities are observed and monitored for future collection and reporting.
• Develop and utilize project-specific M&E templates, questionnaires and other essential tools to track and record the project overall performance at different levels.
• To Establish and maintain an appropriate & user-friendly data collection system and tools and respective guidelines for the project including checklists, recording, and reporting forms.
• Assist project teams in setting-up harmonized filing system for collected data and reports.
• Lead the process of collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting of program data related to project activities and initiatives.
• Enhance the capacity of project field staff particularly those directly involved in M&E related activities about the project M&E plan, the M&E tools to be used for data collection, the project benchmarks and measurement indicators etc.
• To conduct pre-scheduled regular monitoring visits to the project life cycle and oversee the progress of the project, participation of the trainees in learning process to ensure that the project is on the right track of its implementation and is achieving the planned results.
• To prepare monthly and quarterly M&E reports.
• To conduct project review sessions at both field level (with project beneficiaries and target community influential).
• Make sure to have close coordination with project field staff, M&E Manager.
• To facilitate any M&E missions or and TPMs planned by donor.
• Any other task Assigned by the Manager.

• Having 4 Years of experience in the Field Monitoring and evaluation with the bachelor degree in the field of General Management, Economic and statistics or in any other relevant field.
• Proficiency in English Language and Local Language.
• Excellent knowledge of New Data collection and data analysis.
• Strong Report Writing Skills
