Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a dedicated and Beneficiary-oriented Help Desk Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for beneficiaries seeking information, reporting any issue, claiming any misbehavior or requiring support/information regarding project.

  • Regularly Providing accurate detailed information/awareness regarding the project to the beneficiaries.
  • Providing information regarding GBV, PSEA, OHS, Do No Harm and other safeguard guidelines to beneficiaries and ensure supporting beneficiaries who reports or faced such issues.
  • Supporting beneficiaries who seeking for information.
  • Supporting beneficiaries who reporting any issue or complaining any issue.
  • Provide timely and effective support to beneficiaries complains or questions or ensure to properly report to the relevant unit to handle the issue in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest information from overall project activities.
  • Any other tasks given by project manager.

Job Requirements:

Skills/Qualifications:

Education: High School Graduate, Bachelor in relevant field is preferred.

Experience: at least two years working experience in related field preferably in WFP Projects.

Computer Literacy: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various field conditions and in hard to reach areas.

Language: Knowledge of local languages and working knowledge of English.

Strong Communication and problem solving skill is mandatory.
