Mechanical Engineer

We are the manufacturer of electric, gasoline, and hybrid powered low speed vehicles. We also
manufacture batteries for cars, EVs and deep cycle for solar energy storage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Manufacturing:
   • Design and develop various types of machinery and molds using advanced CAD/CAM tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other.
   • Create designs for custom parts, components, and assemblies to meet client and project requirements.
   • Ensure the feasibility, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of designs.
2. CNC Machining and Programming:
   • Operate and program CNC machines to manufacture precise molds and machine parts.
   • Ensure accuracy and quality during machining processes.
3. Project Supervision and Collaboration:
   • Lead technical projects, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and budget.
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
   • Provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers on technical operations.
4. Diverse Technical Work:
   • Work on various types of machinery, including custom equipment and prototypes.
   • Develop and manufacture unique parts for different industries and applications.
   • Continuously explore innovative methods to improve manufacturing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in machinery design, CNC machining, and other technical work.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MasterCAM.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and operations.
• Proven expertise in designing and fabricating custom machinery and diverse parts.
• Solid knowledge of different materials (metals, plastics, composites) and their applications in manufacturing.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and solving technical issues in machinery.
• Ability to work on a wide range of machinery, including creating unique and complex parts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize technical processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like cutting molding, casting, and welding.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and supervise technical teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
