Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and oversee healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management.
• Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency in execution.
• Oversee the implementation of healthcare technology and process improvements.
• Address challenges and provide solutions to enhance project outcomes.

• Individuals having MD degree, Specialist, degree in public health
• Having 3 to 4 years’ experience in health care field with a well knowledge of Afghanistan healthcare system
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work well in team
• Fluent in local languages and awareness on the local context 
• Have the needed knowledge of English language as well
• Experience the needed knowledge of computer
