7. Application Process

Interested trainers are requested to submit the following:

1. Technical proposal (training outline, methodology, and schedule).
2. Financial proposal (cost breakdown including trainer fee, travel, accommodation, etc.).
3. CVs) of trainer(s) highlighting relevant experience.

Sample of a previous PSEAH or safeguarding training report (if available).

Please submit your application to procurements-afg@help-ev.de no later than 16 November 2025. When sending your email, please include the job title in the subject line (e.g., Call for External PSEAH Trainer (national/international)) to ensure proper processing of your application.
