Job Purpose:
MHPSS/DATCs Project Manager will be based at Balkh IMC office with field visits to Faryab Female DATC regularly. He/she will oversee and manage the DATCs team as well as monitor IMC's partnership with local partners for the implementation of MHPSS /DATC projects in the Northern region. He/she will provide both remote and in-person support to MHPSS/DATCs officers in field site, and MHPSS Counselors as needed. He/she will be responsible for achieving DATCs project objectives, outcomes, achieving targets, and indicators. Further, MHPSS/DATCs Project Manager will support MHPSS/DATC Officer doing MHPSS Need Assessment and update services mapping, recruitment of MHPSS team, development of IEC materials and assessment tools, plans, and reports.
