MHCC Construction and Road Building Company (MHCC), has Legal Statue in Afghanistan for the
construction, Design and implementation of any Project through registration with the ministry of
Commerce and Afghanistan Investment Supports Agency (AISA) of Islamic republic of Afghanistan. The
company has the authority to take an active part in reconstruction of Afghanistan through construction
services with more than 10 years
working experiences in construction and rehabilitation sections in Afghanistan and more over the rest of
Staffs Are Qualified Afghan nation and having multi-disciplinary experiences in different field of
Construction.
Furthermore, MHCC, is authorized to seek financial resources either inside and outside from
Government or other donor’s agencies to facilitate and expedite the reconstruction activities in
Afghanistan.

Job Description
- Create financial plans with measurable goals and track performance
- Develop financial policies and processes
- Forecast and monitor cash flow
- Handle payroll and budgeting tasks
- Prepare tax documents
- Review and process invoices
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Reconcile ledgers and accounts
- Monitor corporate investments
- Prepare for annual audits
- Update internal records and maintain an organized file system
- Follow all federal, state, and private regulations
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures, and regulations. Monitor financial reports, analyze trends, and provide meaningful financial information for decision-making. Prepare financial reports, statements, and records for internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar financial role
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and data analysis
- QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 proficiency
