About Development Service for Afghan's Rural Urban Organization:

Development Service for Afghan’s Rural and Urban Organization (DSARUO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that works for humanity in need, with focus on women and children and is formally registered with The Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan in the year 2011 working in various fields of, Wash, Agriculture, Education, Training, Shelter, Protection, Health, Hygienic Programs, Gender Equality, Humanitarian Assistance and Emergency Relief. Development Service for Afghan's Rural and Urban Organization (DSARUO) provided humanitarian and development services for both urban and rural population of Afghanistan with selfless dedication and passion and with complete attention and concentration, attended by many influential and well-intentioned people of the time. DSARUO has performed, executed and well accomplished several different and various projects on some above-mentioned and afore-mentioned areas of works and projects.

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR records and documentation.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in necessary HR documents such as duly signing it by appropriate employees.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support the performance management process by maintaining performance appraisal records and assisting with the coordination of performance reviews.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain every HR file in good condition, every document should be scanned and copied and filed in the proper manner according to DSARUO Policy.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping processes as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

  • Key skill and competencies required:
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto.
  • Excellent communication and reporting Skill in ENGLISH IS A MUST.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR records and documentation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to accept and comply with code of conduct of DSARUO
  • Comply to reporting allegation in Sexual harassment in workplace
  • Must adhere to PSEA rules and regulations
