Job Description
Zoom Byte Information Technology Services Company is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager who can help ensure that the company's products and services meet quality standard. We are seeking for a manager who sets goals, collaborates with quality control teams, monitors quality assurance systems, and sets up changes to meet evolving market conditions and customer demands.
Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Management field or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in managerial level.
- Reporting and data analysis skills required.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes.
- Multi-tasking skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy.
- Persuasiveness and disciplined.
