Job Purpose:
The Life Skill Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Livelihood Component under the Increasing Access to Mother and Child Health Services project that has been implemented in Baghlan, Samangan, Jawzjan Faryab, Daikundi, Balkh, Paktika, Kabul, Kunduz and Bamiyan provinces. The Life Skill Manager will be responsible for managing the overall implementation and management of the livelihood activities in the MCHCs of the mentioned provinces. He/she will be responsible for ensuring program implementation quality, developing, and designing work plans, monitoring, and supervising project activities to ensure project goals are met; managing and supervising project staff; coordinating and reporting to donors; and ensuring coordination with related programs in the IMC Afghanistan. The Life Skill Manager will have to ensure that the team including her/him is fully compliant with various organizational policies.
