The Medical Management and Research Courses for Afghanistan (MMRCA) is a national, non-for profit, non-political, humanitarian organization established in March 2008 by Afghan Health Professionals and is registered as an NGO with the ministry of economy (MoE) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

MMRCA has been implemented SEHAT-II, SEHAT-III and SEHATMANDI (BPHS+EPHS) Projects in Ghazni, Badghis and Faryab provinces. Currently MMRCA has been awarded the Health Emergency Response Projects Badghis, Samangan and Sar- e-Pul since 1^st February 2023 and will continue until 29^{st Feb}2024 for Badghis province and until 31^th March 2025 for Samangan and Sar-e-Pol provinces.

Through HER Sar-e-Pul project MMRCA has been providing quality health services to the entire population of the province according to BPHS and EPHS guidelines and MoPH policies/ strategies. These services are providing through 3-DHs, 9 CHCs, 20 BHCs, 32 PHCs, one MHT, 5 FHHs and one Prison Health Center. Similarly, HER Samangan has a total of 47 HFs including 3 DHs, 4 CHCs, 14 BHCs, 21 Sub-centers, 1MHT, one prison health center,

MMRCA invites and encourage eligible candidates to apply for the position of Capacity Development officer located at Sar-e-Pol provincial office and required travels to districts and HFs.

• Responsible to conduct TNA for the training plan at HF level.
• Planning, organizing and implement training project plan accordingly.
• Develop, arrange and review training on regular base.
• Take part actively in training session as a trainer or mentor.
• Coordination with PPHD and related provincial stakeholders regarding training purpose.
• Conduct supervisory visit from HF after conduction of training as follow upping session.
• Prepare training plan as monthly, quarterly, annual and project level.
• Prepare training report after each conducted training and share with related departments.
• Utilization from training database after training conduction/batches.
• Attend all meeting/workshop/training that conducted at provincial and regional level.
• Communication and coordination regarding training with PO and HF staff.
• Any other task given by related supervisor.

• Having MD degree from recognize university.
• Three years’ experience in the relevant portion.
• Be proactive and take initiatives and work independently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle tasks simultaneously, and to work under pressure
• Familiars with Dari, Pashto and necessary English Languages.
