Women Activities & Social Service Association (WASSA) established in 2002 in Afghanistan, as a non-governmental organization, committed to seeking ways for women empowerment in Afghanistan. WASSA aims to promote women's equal participation in the socio-economic sectors of the country. WASSA works directly with communities to bring change in the social attitude of the community regarding women.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop regular reports from the WLB activity.
• Critically analyze the challenges faced by the innovation economy to capital access for tech-based ( or other innovative ) start-ups and improve access to capital for small-to-medium-sized enterprises (MSME) with innovative idea that is commercially viable.
• Making promotional and marketing plans for events including evaluating the possible budget and schedule for both visual and printed ads
• Developing MPWC’s marketing plan and annual work plan with investors so the interested sponsors could allocate budget for sponsoring WASSA-MOWC BNFs.
• Have the ability to teach related subject to BNFs.
• Good relationship with BNFs during the class.
• Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and and new opportunities.
• Ensuring that the organization meets targets.
• Provide support to sales teams and individuals by preparing reports and presentations.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as requested.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics with Specialization in Marketing
• 3 years in marketing field

• Solid experience in conducting training
