Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide care for children aged {specify age range} during the class hours of their mothers .
  • Ensure the Children’s safety , hygiene, and well-being at all times .
  • Plan and organize educational games , arts and crafts storytelling sessions , and other engaging activities .
  • Maintain records and documentation of each child’s participation, achievements, and any concerns observed .
  • Provide feedback and update to the project management team regarding the children’s development and any issues that require attention .
  • Communicate effectively with the artisans , addressing any concerns or challenges related to the child care services provided.
  • Ensure the space is equipped with with age-appropriate toys, educational materials, and recreational activities to engage and entertain the children.
  • Regularly assess the children’s progress, behavior, and well-being.

Job Requirements

  • A degree or relevant certification in early childhood education, child development, social work or a related field is preferred.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle various situations with a calm demeanor.
  • 3 Years of working experience in relevant field
  • Proven experience in working with children
  • Preferably in a child care or educational setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
