ROLE PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to provide overall support to the Supply Chain including S2P (ProSave) use, implementation, and technical support to all staff under the supervision of the Supply Chain Director. The post holder will also help the Supply Chain Director in monitoring the Procurement and Prosave usage, database, dashboard and systems compliance systems resolutions.
The post holder will also provide support in some procurement activities, fleet, warehousing, and asset management as necessary.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Reports to: Supply Chain Coordinator
Role Dimensions: Supply Chain Staff, Posavec systems admin and all other departments in SCI AFG for support
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Collect massive procurement date from the system, existing suppliers, procurement transactions, contracts/FWAs that are required to be uploaded in the systems, reports, and dashboards
• Participate/support in completion of procurement activities, fleet, warehouse and asset management as needed.
• Collect data of SCI procurement processes for Prosave as per instruction of Supply Chain Director
• Assist in filling and collecting suppliers’ questionaires, vetting questionaires and submits to the project lead.
• Carry out the project accountability and learning of ProSave system and supporting supply chain in data management in provincial level.
• Support in report preparation and follow up on plan of actions as per Supply Chain Director
• Perform any related task assigned by line manager
