A4T aims to improving the capacity of people and its communities through sustainable economic development, education, health, and vocational training and agriculture programs in order to become self-sufficient and contribute to the economy of their families and country. A4T provides essential services to needy Afghans through the expertise, knowledge and dedication of Afghan professionals aboard. With professional, humanitarian, and unified organization, we assess, select, implement, and evaluate projects inside Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed. The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a schedule to assess training needs
  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions.
  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Support in the development and oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Deliver and facilitate training courses/sessions and ensure proper organization/collaboration and materials are prepared accordingly.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • Evaluate the progress of the trainees in achieving the objectives set for the training session and the efficiency of training methods, and take appropriate actions.
  • Develop and design of the required training materials and methods.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Assesses training needs; plans or participates in developing training course objectives.
  • Presents training/instruction to both groups and individuals.
  • Devising new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
  • Perform any other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Skills/Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor in bachelor's degree in education, business, agriculture or related field.

Experience: at least 2 years working experience in related field preferably in humanitarian Projects.

Technical Skills: Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer Literacy: Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various field conditions and in hard to reach areas.

Language: Knowledge of local languages and working knowledge of English.
