1. Curriculum Development and Delivery:
   • Collaborate with the Education Supervisor to develop comprehensive course materials on AI and data science
   • Design and conduct engaging lectures, practical exercises, and workshops
   • Adapt teaching methods to cater to students with varying levels of technical background
   • Integrate real-world examples and case studies into the curriculum, including applications in the energy sector
2. Student Assessment and Mentoring:
   • Develop and administer pre and post-training assessments
   • Provide ongoing feedback and support to students throughout the training program
   • Mentor students on their final projects and portfolios
3. Technology and Tools:
   • Teach programming languages relevant to AI and data science (e.g., Python, R)
   • Instruct on the use of popular AI and data science tools and frameworks
   • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and data science
4. Collaboration and Reporting:
   • Work closely with other instructors and the project team to ensure consistency in teaching methods and content
   • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program
   • Prepare progress reports on student performance and course outcomes
5. Industry Engagement:
   • Assist in organizing guest lectures or workshops with industry professionals
   • Help prepare students for potential internship opportunities with partner companies

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a closely related field (Ph.D. preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching AI and data science courses, preferably to diverse student groups
• Strong practical experience in AI and data science projects
• Excellent knowledge of Python and relevant AI/data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dari and/or Pashto is a significant advantage
• Passion for education and empowering youth through technology
• Previous experience working on development projects or with international organizations is a plus
