Job Descriptions:

Job Purpose:

Youth Digital Training and Development Organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Soft skill Trainer to provide training curriculum on soft skills. The master trainer is responsible for beneficiaries training and will deploy different types of training at the provincial, central, and district levels, he/she is responsible for any kind of report on training and development of required training materials. The soft skills master trainer will be responsible to develop curriculum on soft skills and deliver trainings to master trainers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing comprehensive soft skills training curriculums
  • Training the Master Trainers/Trainers/Supervisors and other project-related staff in:
  • Planning and Scheduling for training.
  • Organizing a training workshop with coordination to the partners.
  • Preparing/designing the training materials and their use.
  • Pre and post-evaluation of the trainees for each training and reporting to Project Manager.
  • Preparing model lessons, model lesson plans, and their handouts.
  • Training the targeted trainees in methodology and other training packages specified for the project.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs
  • Be available in the partner training session to ensure partner trainers are supported, training is relevant, needs based, and well-organized, good training methods are implemented and trainees are satisfied.
  • Collect data on the training and impacts of the training.
  • Support the team and project Manager with any technical issues where they need.
  • Any other tasks assigned by his line supervisor and accountable to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Having at least Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Science, Business Administration, Communications or any other relevant field.
  • Having at least Three years’ experience from an accredited college or university and having a master degree will be preferred.
  • Required Languages – Excellent Pashto and Dari reading, writing, and verbal skills, Fluent in English, reading, writing, and verbal skills.  
  • Enough experience in designing and delivery of training.
  • Experience in preparing session plans for the short-term capacity-building training.
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills and ability to work under stress to meet the objectives of the assignment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
