Based in Kabul (Main office…) with regular visit to project covered areas.
4.1. Oversees the implementation of Women Peace and Security project and other components
4.2. Support project in Advocacy and Networking
4.3 Coach Staff members to develop and implement capacity building and other plans to comply with CARE standards and procedures
4.4. Work and contribute with program team to design projects, develop proposals and budgets and communicate with stakeholders

EDUCATION: At least Bachelor Degree, preferably in law, social work, community development subjects ,management and other related fields

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, gender sensitivity and understanding of cultural diversity issues.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team with a capacity to work under pressure and with a high degree of independence.
LANGUAGES: Fluency in written and spoken English, Dari and Pashto.
TRAITS: Able to build personal and inter project relationships, analyze issues, cultural sensitivity, gender sensitivity, team work, establish a conductive working environment and persuade others.
DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
The incumbent is authorized to utilize budget, request for staff hiring, approval and disapproval of project specific activities, identifying location and allocation of program resources, recommend staff promotion and demotion.
