Our company is seeking an experienced Full stack Developer to take charge of the development process, working alongside a talented team to build and maintain robust applications. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment, and ensure all developers stay on track. The ideal candidate will have experience in both frontend and backend development, with strong expertise in React Native and Laravel.
• Lead the development team to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of applications using React, React Native, and Laravel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical solutions.
• Manage version control and ensure smooth deployments through Git.
• Integrate mobile and web apps with backend services to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Ensure best practices in full Stack development, following industry standards and trends.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of software development experience with expertise in front and backend technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in full stack development using Laravel and React.
• 2+ years of experience in React Native mobile app development.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git, with a strong understanding of branch management and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a development team effectively.
